This memorial website was created to remember our dearest Kenneth Mitcham who was born in Arkansas on October 17, 1954 and passed away on April 29, 2007 at the age of 52. You will live forever in our memories and hearts.

Kenneth Earl Mitcham was a man who you either hated or loved. But, love him or hate him he was my father & I loved him no matter what. He was a Dirt Track racer in the Ark-La-Miss area & many other places too. He started when he was 13 years old & fell in love with it. His Uncle was one of the greatest men in my fathers life. The othre was his father.I didnt know Mr.Mitcham well, but i knew he depended on my father for alot. He was in a wheel chair because he had had a stroke & my dad took great care of him but 1 year after my father passed away Mr.Mitcham was right there too. Reunited with his son. But Kenneth was a logger also, worked all over with that. He helped millions of people, but you didnt tick him off. He was a bomb but also a gentle man. He didnt come around much because he had two families. Not only did he have my mom (Karen Wood), me (Taylor Mitcham), & my brother (Charlie Mitcham), he also had his 2 daughters & son, Kim Mitcham,Kayla Mitcham, & Kendall Mitcham. He was planing on marrying my mother but died before that was possable. But he was a wonderful, helpful,caring man who would give you the shirt off his back. So if you ever think of him just remember he died doing what he loved,Racing. That was HIS true love. So now he is racing in heaven for ever with the Lord!
